Privacy and data-use summary
This page explains which data is used and why in the Kapla Gezsin customer account and GPS-supported campaign service.
Information collected
An account request includes company/brand name, contact name, work email, optional phone, target area, requested fleet size, campaign duration and notes. Active campaigns may process GPS time, location coordinates, accuracy, speed and route measurements under a vehicle pseudonym.
Purpose
Data is used to review applications, open accounts securely, plan campaigns, verify vehicle activity, produce reports, provide support and prevent abuse.
Visibility
Driver phone numbers and driver identity are not shown to brand customers. The portal presents brand-scoped campaign, vehicle, duration, distance, inspection and aggregated route data.
Retention and security
Data is retained only as long as needed for the stated purposes and legal duties. Access is protected by authorization, encrypted transport, limited sessions and operational records.
Rights and contact
Requests for access, correction, deletion or objection can be sent to the Kapla Gezsin operations team through the contact channel stated in the agreement. The controller's formal name, service address and request channel are supplied at contract stage.
