Privacy and data-use summary
This summary explains the use of account, vehicle-tracking and support data in the Kapla Gezsin app and web dashboards.
Information collected
Account and access management may process names, email addresses, company/brand information, optional contact phone numbers, profile photos and vehicle/driver assignments. During trips, timestamps, precise location coordinates, accuracy, speed, routes and distance are recorded. Submitted wrap-inspection photos, support messages, administrator chat and security/operational records are also processed as part of the service.
Purpose
Data is used to review applications, open accounts securely, plan campaigns, verify vehicle activity, produce reports, provide support and prevent abuse.
Visibility
Drivers see their own authorized vehicle and trip information; customers see only the fleet and vehicles assigned to their account. Authorized customers may see vehicle plates, driver names/codes, available profile photos and ratings, latest location coordinates and timestamps, distance and route-density information. Driver phone numbers are not included in this customer view. Authorized operations staff manage accounts, assignments and service records; administrator chat is restricted to administrators.
Location and connectivity
Location recording is used for an active trip started by the driver and can continue in the background with the appropriate permission. Offline records are held on the device and uploaded when connectivity returns. The latest map location is not necessarily a live position; its timestamp should be checked.
Retention and security
Data is retained only as long as needed for the stated purposes and legal duties. Access is protected by authorization, encrypted transport, limited sessions and operational records.
