Customer portal terms of use
These terms explain the framework for account requests, portal access and verified field-delivery data.
Account request
Registration does not automatically grant campaign or brand access. Operations reviews the company and campaign details and may approve, reject or request more information.
Access security
Users must provide accurate information, keep passwords confidential and promptly report unauthorized access. Each account sees only authorized brands and campaigns.
Measurement scope
GPS data verifies route, distance, active time and field delivery. It does not by itself prove how many people saw an advertisement; any estimated reach is shown with a separate methodology.
Service status
Location permission, connectivity or device conditions may cause temporary data delays. The portal shows last synchronization time and periods without data.
Acceptance
Submitting the registration form records acceptance of the current version of these terms. Commercial price, duration and delivery targets are finalized in a separate campaign agreement.
